The location provided easy access to transportation, including trains and buses. the staff demonstrated willingness to communicate in multiple languages. English, french and spanish. i found the king grand room quite spacious. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room.

The breakfast offered fresh tasty choices and the bar was enjoyable.

The hotel charged nearly £2000 as a pre-authorisation. It took two hours at reception to rectify this issue. The hotel offered no compensation not even a free drink.

pleasant staff convenient location open courtyard little room pedestrian area luggage help

the staff was pleasant. the location offers convenient access to many shops and restaurants. their open courtyard allows for relaxation with food and drinks.

i found very little room for putting clothes away. the hotel is in a pedestrian area. i think guests should be advised of this before arrival so taxis can provide help with luggage.
